Delete your Into The Gnar account

Option 1: Delete it yourself in the app

1. Sign in to Into The Gnar (app or intothegnar.base44.app).
2. Open Profile and go to Edit Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account, then confirm.

Your account and associated data are deleted right away.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can't sign in or no longer have the app, email us from the address registered on your account and we will delete it.

We process requests within 30 days and confirm by email when done.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, username, age, gender, weight, location)
• Rides, sessions, debriefs, training and progression data
• Photos, videos, audio, posts and messages you uploaded
• Conversations and transcripts with the YoBi AI coach
• Connected device and notification settings

What we may keep

Payment records may be kept for up to 7 years where required by tax and accounting law. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Anonymized, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained.
